Refund policy

We welcome you to return products—whether brand new or only lightly used—within 30 days of the date of purchase. Upon receiving the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.  Please initiate a return through via email at support@thisiseveren.us including your order number, the email address that was used to place the order, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and reason for the return.

In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Everen's discretion. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. 

All returns are subject to a flat rate of $5.95 for continental US returns. Refunds will be processed post receipt of the product and validation of its condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased through another retailer. This policy only applies for products purchased through thisiseveren.us.

Exchanges
Please initiate an exchange via email at support@thisiseveren.us including your order number, the email address that was used to place the order, and the name of the item(s) you would like to exchange.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
